Joris Van Droogenbroeck

I like to help multiversalists in their search for their own essence and for possibilities to transform this into a meaningful contribution and a happy life. By creating time and holding space for reflection, dialogue and listening attention, I help them in the lifelong process of self-discovery, development, deployment and reinvention.

During my PhD in quantum chemistry, I learned to look open-mindedly at things from different angles and to embrace contradictions and uncertainties. Since obtaining it 20 years ago, I have left the academic world and focused on change and innovation with people at the centre. First in the corporate world in managerial roles, later as an independent consultant, coach, growth catalyst and as co-founder and inspirer of talent incubator Co-Vibes and of Multiversity.

With Multiversity, we go in search of the essence of people and organisations. Who are you? Who do you want to be? And how can you realise that? We introduce new frames of mind, transcend boundaries, create new connections and in this way offer a sounding board that dares to think differently.
