Pia Van Noppen

With Diadis, I offer counseling and guidance for individuals and businesses. Diadis is an accredited career center. So career counseling is one of the main activities. In addition, I also provide young people with study guidance and I enjoy helping ambitious people discover and live out their core talents. As a psychologist and commercial engineer, I also have the necessary knowledge and experience to guide people through stress, burn-out and reintegration. I really enjoy helping people gain insights they can use to get started themselves.

Our offer for companies includes the development and implementation of a well-being policy, stress and burn-out prevention and recovery and teamcrafting. For this I always work hands-on in close cooperation with HR and management. My many years of experience in management positions in the business world is a great asset here. I also have the necessary qualifications to act as a legal expert on well-being at work.

I like to approach all my counseling from a broad, holistic perspective. This is also why I find Diadis' collaboration with Cross Fit very valuable. We bring the mental and the physical together in workshops for companies to help team members work together more consciously and with more openness.
