Hans Versmissen

Hans enjoys working with ambitious people. Don't understand ambition too narrowly as making a great career, but rather as the drive to want to take on new things, to dare to pursue challenging goals, and to be able to satisfy oneself and others in the process.

At career center Diadis, Hans focuses on coaching professionals who are looking for new challenges, but do not know where to start. Through analysis and targeted coaching, Hans supports them in (re)discovering their potential, developing this potential into employable competencies, and exploring meaningful professional paths. Still at Diadis, Hans participates in teamcrafting processes.

In his approach, together with his client, Hans uses a broad perspective to explore even the non-obvious paths. As the client gains more insights, Hans encourages concrete actions. His experiences as a project engineer, team leader and business consultant enable him to empathize well with concrete situations. Currently, Hans combines his activities as a career coach with the positions of marketing manager and freelance photographer/copywriter for technology companies.

In addition, Hans is a passionate long-distance cyclist who regularly ventures into ultraracing. The adventure, the unknown, but also the preparation, the planning and the sporting challenge attract him in this. Hans therefore immerses himself in sports psychology and science.
