I have been working in corporate companies for more than 20 years - during which 5 years as director at EY, leading the unit ‘Large Transformations’. Building bridges between people has always been part of my job.
My interest goes to leading transformation processes, but even more to guiding the people who are part of those change processes. The individual is key, while keeping in mind the context.
While doing this, I rely on my experience and knowledge from the past and I supplement it with continuous training and new insights. At university (KULeuven), I studied commercial engineering. Throughout the years, I have further built my knowledge with various educational courses, leading to the recognition of a Professional Coach, member of the International Coaching Federation. My areas of focus as a coach are self- & team leadership; career path; prevention of Stress & Burn-out; …. Next to that I am certified to use the following tools: Insights Discovery, Barrett Values & Cultural Transformation and CoreTalents.
